Tony Romo – Top Ten NFL Quarterback?

I’m watching First Take this morning and listening to Skip Bayless once again refer to Tony Romo as a top ten quarterback.  I have no idea how this could possibly be justified.  Who among the following list would you rank Tony Romo ahead of?  If siting statistics, please keep in mind the weapons that Romo has at his disposal on the Dallas Cowboys.
